Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours before the shipping date. If your order has already shipped all charges will still apply.
Returns
If you must return a package because of damage, please notify your local FedEx office to schedule a pick up. Then please notify us by email or phone of the return with the FedEx pick up number.
